Houman Fakhimi is the founding member of the firm.  Mr. Fakhimi is a graduate of University of California, Irvine and Whittier Law School. He is a member of California Public Defenders Association, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, Association of Federal Defense Attorneys and State Bar of California’s Criminal Section. Mr. Fakhimi has been practicing law in Los Angeles for many years, and has successfully defended his clients in all type of criminal matters. These include but are not limited to:  sex crimes, violent crimes, Juvenile cases, theft crimes, murder cases and child molestation. His aggressive focus on criminal defense has allowed him to build a successful practice and in turn get great results for his clients. Mr. Fakhimi understands the jury trial system and brings a degree of knowledge and expertise that can only be attained through experience and hard work

Houman has represented clients in Orange county criminal court, San Bernardino county criminal court, Riverside county criminal court, Los Angeles county criminal court, San Diego county criminal court, United States District court and almost all Inland Empire criminal courts. He has extensive experience in jury trials, pre-trial negotiations and discovery, and is skilled in counseling his clients about the criminal trial process. Mr. Fakhimi's education and years of experience have helped him gain extensive familiarity with local court rules and procedures. Mr. Fakhimi is a seasoned litigator with many jury trials on his resume and he personally oversees all of the firm's litigation files.

David received is a graduate of UCLA and Western State Law School. As a member of many local and statewide organizations such as the California Public Defenders Association, David is consistently intune with the latest developments in the criminal justice system of southern California. David has tried and litigated cases ranging from vandalism to battery and assault. Mr. Schwarz is a familiar face to judges and district attorneys in Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Los Angeles criminal courts.
